Choosing Parklane homes was an excellent & easy choice for our family. A long long time ago before having children we actually met the owner Ed at one of his homes. He was so genuine and nice with us all those years ago. We absolutely loved this home where we met him all those years ago. That house during that time was a little too big for us and out of our price range. We remember telling Ed in person and he was still so nice and professional. Fair to say Ed left a lasting excellent impression on us. We used to drive past that house and comment how much we loved it.
Fast forward till 2022 we started looking at Parklane homes again and admiring the construction, quality and family feel in Village Creek. Driving through the subdivision you would see people would wave and smile but we never lived there yet. This went on for weeks we would keep driving threw and looking at houses. We met our eventual neighbors through one of those drive arounds checking out village creek (before we purchased lol)
From our initial consultation to choosing, colors, flooring, etc they made us feel comfortable relaxed with their professional ability to ensure we remained completely satisfied with our purchase. 5 months later they are always a phone call or text message away from helping us answer questions or guide us with anything. The house itself has been amazing. The attention to detail speaks for itself, the customer service from Parklane is extraordinary and the community and people are just as nice. No names mentioned the entire staff is amazing, friendly and polite. Probably no coincidence that is exactly how it was meeting the owner the first time all those years ago. It is official this is Home!

I’m very happy with Park Lane Home Builders. I can’t say enough about Julie and how good she is. Julie goes above and beyond to make things right. A real pleasure to deal with. I’ve had some bad experience in the past with other builders and their contractors with horrible workmanship. This is not the case at all with Park Lane Homes. They do a good job and any little things that needed attention we have received a prompt response from them.

Parklane built my first home about 17 years ago in Ridgeway, and after falling in love with the inviting and welcoming Stevensville subdivision I am so ecstatic about my second home! We love our new home in Village Creek! We are more than satisfied with the finishes and design of our new home. Any issues are resolved in a timely manner by their friendly and professional staff.
PARK LANE has been there all the way from purchase, design, colours, architecture and final completion of our new home. We could not be happier with the final result. Not only were they fantastic but when a crisis hit, Park Lane was the most responsive builder I have ever known. When our basement flooded and we were faced with 1” to 1 ½” of water. Within hours of contacting them, Park Lane brought a team of their staff to assist, support and repair what needed to be done. The sump pump was replaced, an additional back up was installed (with an alarm), carpet was taken up and soaked underlay was removed. They took on the role of insurer when they could have just passed it to us as the owner. Now that is what I call “FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE PLUS”.
My sincere compliment to the PARK LANE TEAM for their prompt, courteous service and response. As a result, there was no damage to furniture or belongings stored in our basement and new underlay and carpet has been installed.

We came across Village Creek by Park Lane Home Builders after many months of searching for an ideal location to retire. Village Creek is situated in a quiet and quaint setting while still having reasonable access to a wide variety of amenities and health care options. My wife and I were impressed with the uniqueness and the variety of design options as well as the flexibility to work with the builder’s team to customize our home from the design of the house to the upgrades. We were very impressed with the quality of the construction and workmanship; even our guests have complimented us on our home. The builder was very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions during the construction of the house to the after care once we were moved in. We are thrilled to be living in such a friendly neighbourhood. We have found our happy place!
